How to make online work for you….

Members have free access to this event and will be sent the zoom link via the mailing list.
This monthly webinar takes place between 6 and 7.30pm.

We have three contributors: Ann Williamson who will talk about going online both to give presentations and see patients, David Kraft will talk about using Facebook to enhance your marketing strategy and Charlotte Davies who will talk about how to use social media effectively for CPD. This will be an interactive session so bring along your own queries and experiences to share with the group (not compulsory!)

LEARNING OBJECTIVES: 
Gain an understanding of how to work with hypnosis online with patients
Gain an understanding of some do’s and don’ts when presenting online
Gain a working knowledge of how to use social media both for marketing and for CPD

Ann Williamson was a GP for more than thirty years and has used hypnosis and brief therapy both formally and informally since the 1990s. She has trained in hypnosis, NLP, brief solution-oriented therapy and other approaches. She has been a trainer for the British Society of Clinical & Academic Hypnosis for many years. She has also lectured at Manchester, Chester and Salford Universities. She has run numerous workshops on brief psychological interventions and stress management over the years both in the UK and abroad. She has written three books: on stress management, smoking cessation and on brief psychological interventions in clinical practice. She is also co-editor of A Handbook of Contemporary Hypnosis published by Wiley in 2011 and has contributed to several other books and journals. She is also a Reiki Master Trainer and has an interest in creativity and exploring one’s emotions through the arts.

David Kraft, a UKCP registered psychotherapist, and social psychologist, runs two successful practices—one in Harley Street and the other in Enfield Town. He has published over 30 peer-reviewed articles in the academic literature and is actively involved in research. David is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine and President of the Section of Hypnosis and Psychosomatic Medicine. David has also been involved with BSCAH at National level, and he has been busily teaching healthcare professionals on the Foundation Training courses for a number of years.  

Charlotte Davies is a #FOAMEd supporter, and uses a lot of social media for work and hypnosis related CPD. She is an emergency medicine Consultant. Her Med research project focussed on using e-learning for paediatric resuscitation knowledge.
