Do you miss discussion and swapping experiences with your professional colleagues about hypnotic applications in your clinical field? Do you miss practising hypnotic techniques face to face in the way we used to pre-pandemic? Have you trained online and want to build your confidence in using hypnosis? BSCAH is organising several training days where you can do all this face to face and in person!

We are running these days very much tailored to the wishes of those participating and the day will be facilitated by a variety of experienced tutors.

In the morning we will look at how best to approach the patient to help build rapport, as well as various inductions with the use of ego strengthening and anchoring. There will be practical exercises and demonstrations followed by practise time.

Content for the afternoon will be determined by the tutors after taking into consideration the feedback from participants but potential topics might be reframing, glove anaesthesia or specific general topics such as oncology, pain, phobias, or past trauma.

The whole day will give CPD of five hours and would be suitable for anyone who wishes to hone their skills in hypnosis.
